Yolanda "Freedom Marks"
Yolanda Marks is a HOPE Ambassador that is joy filled, loves life, and offers others HOPE that leads to HEALING through her faith in God by way of Jesus Christ. Yolanda is a blessed mother of 3 beautiful young adults Ericka, Julius & Talonda and grandmother of 3 phenomenal grandchildren Angel, Jaxon & Legend. She hails from the “City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection”, Philadelphia, PA. She is a proud graduate of Peirce College with a Bachelor of Science degree in paralegal studies. Yolanda also earned a Master’s Degree from Lutheran Theological Seminary of Philadelphia in Public Leadership with a focus in social work - alongside social work master’s degree courses taken at Temple University.
She has worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years in various roles, focusing her attention on empowering people with computer trainings, fitness workshops, anger management, parenting classes, work ready preparation and motivational speeches that produce life, perspective and self-esteem transformations. Yolanda is a gifted teacher that uses practical lessons to explain complex topics.
In 2014, she started HOPE Message to bring messages of HOPE to the world by sharing inspiring stories of survival and victory. In 2020, she began HOPE Message Breakfast Club, which is an 8am, Saturday morning Facebook Live platform that gives voice to new HOPE Ambassadors who give messages of HOPE on several life issues including family, business, God, and faith.
Yolanda currently holds a position at JEVS Human Services as a Staff Development Instructor.

HOPE Message Breakfast Club
HOPE MESSAGE BREAKFAST CLUB is a Facebook Live discussion that
hosts messages of HOPE, every Saturday morning at 8AM. It is rooted in Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) that states, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
HOPE MESSAGE BREAKFAST CLUB is a weekly featured add-on to the 2012HOPE Message website, a place where people can receive messages of HOPE with survivors, business owners and people who have decided to LIVE - despite death and pain.
The concept for the HOPE MESSAGE BREAKFAST CLUB came along in 2015. “I thought this would be a couple of women meeting up at a coffee shop and giving each other support. I had no clue that it would start in middle of a pandemic in my car. I wanted to give people a distraction from the fear and danger of a virus and much needed HOPE for the FUTURE unable to be seen.” said Yolanda.
CHRIST is the foundation of our HOPE and the REASON WHY this platform exists. The FIRST HOPE MESSAGE BREAKFAST CLUB Facebook Live took place on April 25, 2020, at the Franklin
Delano Roosevelt (FDR) Park, parked in a Chevy Impala. The purpose of HOPE MESSAGE BREAKFAST CLUB mirrors the same - to bring messages of HOPE AND HEALING to people all over the world - so that they know they are not alone in how they feel or view life.
EVERY SATURDAY MORNING @ 8AM,
Yolanda has continued this faithful act and shares her signature ask, “Good morning! Who is awake this morning?” From there, God equips her speech to lead a discussion of HOPE and to extend the platform to others as they share their messages of HOPE as well..
